We wait for our own place&#8230;freedom from the oversight of parents. After all, life begins at 21!<\/h1>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h3 data-ft=\"{&quot;type&quot;:1,&quot;tn&quot;:&quot;K&quot;}\"><\/h3>\n<h3 data-ft=\"{&quot;type&quot;:1,&quot;tn&quot;:&quot;K&quot;}\">AS WE WAIT&#8230;<\/h3>\n<p data-ft=\"{&quot;type&quot;:1,&quot;tn&quot;:&quot;K&quot;}\">\n<p data-ft=\"{&quot;type&quot;:1,&quot;tn&quot;:&quot;K&quot;}\">We wait to be grown and marry and have babies, and then wait for these babies to \u00a0get out on their own (we think that day will never come, and when it does, we miss them deeply).<\/p>\n<p data-ft=\"{&quot;type&quot;:1,&quot;tn&quot;:&quot;K&quot;}\">We wait to retire, then wait to die (yes, we do that when we choose to live dying and not die living). \u00a0We wait to be grateful because we feel we don&#8217;t have enough to be grateful for.<\/p>\n<p data-ft=\"{&quot;type&quot;:1,&quot;tn&quot;:&quot;K&quot;}\">We wait to accept Jesus (after all we have time right?) \u00a0In a state of anxiety we even wait our breath (don&#8217;t do that&#8230;breathe!)<\/p>\n<p data-ft=\"{&quot;type&quot;:1,&quot;tn&quot;:&quot;K&quot;}\">As we wait, we waste precious time\/precious life. \u00a0We miss out on holy days and holy encounters&#8230;waiting. \u00a0What are we waiting for? \u00a0This is it. \u00a0This is life. \u00a0We are living it now, abundantly!<\/p>\n<p data-ft=\"{&quot;type&quot;:1,&quot;tn&quot;:&quot;K&quot;}\">Why can&#8217;t we just &#8220;be&#8221;, and live every moment as though it were our last&#8230;as someday it will be. \u00a0Wait on the Lord. \u00a0Nothing else!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We miss out on holy days and holy encounters&#8230;waiting.
